The 39 -year -old driver drove from the village of Švedlár to the village of Mníšek nad Hnilcom in the district of Gelnica. “For the unidentified reasons, he went unreasonably with the vehicle into the opposite direction, where at that time there was a pedestrian at the center line. she stated.
After he stepped out of the vehicle and noticed a person, summoned the rapid medical assistance and started to revive. However, the pedestrian succumbed to injuries on the spot.
The driver’s breath did not detect the driver’s breath. “The police also subjected the driver to an orientation test to detect the presence of drugs in his body, but his result was positive,” Ivanová added that he was detained on the spot with a driving license. An autopsy was ordered to detect the presence of alcohol or other addictive substances in a poor pedestrian.
The reason for which the poor pedestrian lay in the middle of the road, why the driver was unreasonably in the opposite direction and other circumstances is the subject of investigation.
