If you managed to bring a basket of plugs or mushrooms while walking in the woods, be sure to use them to prepare the insane mushroom casserole. To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 6 potatoes,
- 400 g of chicken fillet,
- 300 g of forest mushrooms,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 150 g of yellow cheese,
- 125 ml BULion,
- 2 eggs,
- 150 ml of sweet cream 18 percent,
- 1 teaspoon of chicken spice,
- 1 tablespoon of fresh, chopped thyme,
- a pinch of chili,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- clarified butter (for frying).
Peel the potatoes and cook al dente in lightly salted water.
Wash the chicken fillet, clean the membranes, etc. and cut into small pieces. Season with chicken spice. Fry until golden brown in a small amount of butter.
Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Cut the onion into cubes. Chop garlic.
Give the onion in clarified butter. At the end of frying, add garlic to the pan, and after a while mushrooms. Fry mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the broth into the pan. Add thyme (you can replace a fresh 1 teaspoon of dried). Stew the mushrooms on a slow fire until the broth evaporates.
Lightly grease the heat -resistant vessel. Put the sliced potatoes to the bottom, and chicken potatoes. Spread a layer of mushrooms with onions on top.
Mix egg yolks with cream. Season with salt, pepper and chili. Whip the protein in a separate dish for foam. Gently mix it into cream with yolks. Spread the sauce on the casserole.
