After Tourism Minister Celso Sabino announces that he will follow the decision of his party, União Brasil, and will ask to leave the government, some of his allies still try to postpone the resignation. In parallel, the command of the Tourism Folder is already starting to be covered by parties such as PT and PDT.
Last week, União Brasil gave ultimatum and anticipated the landing movement of the Esplanade of Ministries that was announced later this month. The deadline was given until last Friday for Sabino to leave office.
Port and airport minister Silvio Costa Filho, affiliated with Republicans, said his caption does not seek to indicate Sabino’s replacement. In addition, Costa Filho stated to cheer Sabino to remain in government even though he had announced that he would resign.
