The opening of the traditional Porto Acre Watermelon Festival, in the interior of the state, which takes place this Friday (26), is involved in a controversy involving the main musical attraction announced by the organization. The businessman Edivaldo Ferreira de Oliveira, better known as DJ Maluco, published a video on social networks this Friday (26), claiming that the Djavú Band It will not perform at the event, although it was released as a confirmed attraction.

In the video, he states that images and the name of the original group are being improperly used to promote another that, according to him, would be a copy. Oliveira claims that the band that will perform in the municipality is not the true, and criticizes the practice of convers with cover groups going through the legitimate artists. The public demonstration, according to DJ Maluco, aims to alert the local public to avoid confusion or frustrations such as those that have already occurred in other cities.
