Ingredients for shortbread:
- 300 g of wheat flour,
- 50 g pecans
- 175 g of cold butter,
- 75 g of powdered sugar,
- 2 yolks,
- A pinch of salt.
Ingredients for crumble:
- 100 g of wheat flour,
- 50 g of cold butter,
- 50 g cukru.
Ingredients for peanut mass:
- 150 g pecans
- 70 g of butter,
- 50 g cukru,
- 2 tablespoons of honey,
- 1 tablespoon of cream (30%).
Prepare a shortbread cake. Grind nuts in the blender for dust. Mix with flour, powdered sugar and salt. Pour onto the board. Add diced butter. Sift the ingredients with a knife. Add yolks and knead the whole into a uniform dough.
Put a 25×35 cm mold with baking paper. At the bottom of the mold, spread the dough evenly and smooth its surface. Insert in the fridge for half an hour.
Combine the crumble ingredients in a bowl (butter cut into small cubes). Rub them with your fingers so that dough lumps are formed. Do not knead to a homogeneous mass. Put the finished crumble in the fridge for the time of further preparation.
Insert the dough into the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for 15 minutes.
Chop nuts intended for mass. Melt the butter with sugar, honey and cream in a saucepan. Add nuts. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the peanut mass to a baked bottom. On the mass, spread evenly chilled crumble and lightly press it. Insert back into the oven. Bake for another 15 minutes.
