The lawyer made a recording that brought to prison the prosecutor Angelo Vilella and lawyer Willer Tomaz, who advocated for a J&F group. Tomaz has always denied having committed irregularity and a complaint against him was rejected by the court.
Already Vilella became a defendant, but the TRF-1 (Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region) accepted an appeal and ended investigations against him.
