Delegate Marcelo Freitas (União-MG), rapporteur of the representation against Federal Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) in the Ethics Council, said he will “work with the necessary impartiality”, even being supporter of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
“Any manifestation of support or not to then President Jair Bolsonaro under any circumstances will generate suspicion or impediment of the process,” said Freitas.
According to the parliamentarian, he intends to shorten the process as much as possible. “We intend to conclude the process in the Ethics Council in a quick way. It is a deliberation of our president (of the House), Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB),” he said.
