The ancients knew its outstanding properties. It will remove your belly fat and bring your intestines to order

Sesame oil is one of the first vegetable oils that man began to press. Already in ancient India and Mesopotamia It was used both in the kitchen and in religious rituals or natural medicine. In Ayurveda – a traditional Indian medicine system – He was considered a potion of longevity and balance of the body.

That’s right thanks to the content of valuable fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamins It was used not only for food, but also as:

  • Database for massages and care rituals,
  • component of mixtures strengthening the body,
  • Natural preservative for food storage.

So you can safely say that sesame oil is real “great -grandfather” of all food oils – And although thousands of years have passed, he still did not lose its value.

Although “sesame oil” is simply said, in fact we are dealing with several varieties. It is worth distinguishing, because each has different culinary and health applications.

Cold pressed sesame oil

  • Light, golden color and slightly nutty taste.
  • It is formed without heating the grains, thanks to which it retains the maximum nutrients.
  • Ideal for consuming raw – e.g. for salads, cocktails or sauces.
  • It is this type of oil that is most often used for health -promoting purposes.

Sesame oil of roasted grains

  • Darker and more intense in taste.
  • It arises through an earlier sesame support, which gives it a characteristic aroma of Asian cuisine.
  • Perfectly emphasizes the taste of wok, pasta or oriental soups.
  • More culinary than health, although still rich in valuable ingredients.

Black sesame oil

  • Rarer, but valued in Chinese medicine.
  • Recognized as particularly beneficial for the digestive system and skin health.
  • It has a stronger taste and color.

Each of these types will find its place in the kitchen – and a first aid kit.

It is this part that makes sesame oil not an ordinary culinary addition. Its composition makes it act like a natural dietary supplement.

Sesame oil has a slight laxative effect and supports intestinal peristalsis. Thanks to this, it helps clean the digestive system of residual residues. Regular use in small amounts is also conducive to reducing abdominal fat – by improving metabolism and better use of nutrients.
