Konnekt GmbH under the leadership of Karl Morgenbesser and Thorsten Schmitz has taken the race for the first time the Federal Government’s mountain bike coordination center. This lies the topic in experienced hands. Morgen Besser is the founder and managing director of the WEXL trails and the associated adventure arena St. Corona. He succeeded in transforming the ski area, which suffers from a lack of snow, into one of the best mountain bike destinations in Austria. Schmitz brings in many years of experience from sports retail and brand development, and for six years he led the fortunes of Intersport Austria. Both are also privately passionate mountain bikers and know the area of tension in which sport moves in this country, only too well.
