In one of the videos, a 14 -year -old girl showed a bloody arm while other teenagers made jokes about the victim. Dian also presented images of a cat that was scalped and burned alive.
He said police officers participating in the core of those who investigate these cases suffer from threats. As an example, Dian said that a victim even wrote the name of a core delegate with cuts in his own body.
He concluded, “If you don’t sleep today our work is done,” Dian told the audience.
