Former ‘Doctor Who’-arrested in London

Noel Clarke, British actor known for playing Mickey Smith in Doctor Who and creating the movie Rebelde Youth, was arrested on Thursday, 25, at his residence in Kensington, London, according to information from the information The Sun and from The Guardian.
