I can’t imagine a Sunday dinner without the addition of a healthy, delicious salad – and this recipe definitely belongs to my favorites. This is a real vitamin bomb, and it perfectly emphasizes the taste of different dinner dishes.
- ½ head of white cabbage,
- 2 medium carrots,
- 1 apple (preferably slightly acidic),
- 1 small onion (it can be a bumper),
- 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil,
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Finely chop the cabbage, salt and slightly knead with your hand so that it softens. Peel and grate the carrots on a thick grater. Peel the apple, also grate and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately so that it does not dim. Finely chop the onion or, if you prefer a more delicate taste, use chives.
In a small bowl, mix oil, sugar, a little salt and pepper.
Put the cabbage, carrots, apple and onion into a large bowl. Pour over the prepared sauce and mix everything thoroughly. Put the salad for about 20 minutes so that the flavors bite.
