The São Paulo Public Security Secretariat confirmed on Thursday (25) that Rafael Marcell Dias Simões, known as “Jaguar”was one of the gunmen responsible for the death of former delegate Rui Ferraz Fontes, executed on Monday (15) in Praia Grande, on the coast of São Paulo.
According to Secretary Guilherme Derrite, in addition to information from testimonials, data extracted from Luiz’s cell phone, the “Fofão”, arrested in the investigation, pointed out that he helped Jaguar in the escape after the crime. “The shooter we can drive is the jaguar, who is already in jail”said Derrite at a press conference.
Ruy Ferraz was a death jury for the first command of the capital (CCP) since 2006, after indicating the faction summit, including Marcola. So far, eight arrest warrants have been issued, and four people are arrested on suspicion of participation in the murder.

Ruy Ferraz Fontes, 63, former São Paulo Civil Police General and then Secretary of Administration of Praia Grande City Hall, was murdered on Monday night (15), in an ambush.
The crime occurred after a high -speed chase, where his vehicle collided with a bus on Avenida Dr. Roberto de Almeida Vinhas. The criminals went down and fired more than 20 rifle shots at him inside the rolled car.
After the execution, the cars used by criminals, who were stolen, were abandoned and one of them burned down in an attempt to erase traces.
