The decision complies with a request from lawyer Gustavo Mascarenhas, who acts in the defense of the artist.
The minister states in his decision that the grounds used by the Court to determine Oruam’s arrest “proceeds in principle in principle to impose early segregation.”

The minister highlights in the decision that the rapper is primary and would have shown spontaneously to comply with the arrest warrant.
