The Superior Court of Justice (STJ) ordered rapper Mauro Davi dos Santos Nepomuceno, known as. The decision was signed on Friday (26) by Minister Joel Ilan Paciornik and complied with the request for release made by the defense of the singer. Oruam is investigated by the Rio de Janeiro police for association with drug trafficking, resistance, contempt, damage, threat and body injury. He had been arrested since July at a penitentiary located in the west of the state capital.

According to the investigations, the rapper and other accused tried to prevent Rio police from serving a search and seizure warrant against a teenager accused of acting as one of the personal security of the heads of the Red Command Criminal faction in July this year. Oruam is the son of trafficker Márcio dos Santos Nepomuceno, Marcinho VP, who is stuck in a federal penitentiary.
