Golden pear cheesecake is a real autumn pleasure. On the bottom of the biscuits there is a velvet cheese mass, and the top is decorated with pears, heated in butter with the addition of ginger and brown sugar. The whole bathed in natural caramel creates a dessert that impresses with the appearance, aroma and taste. It is a great addition to afternoon coffee, but it will also work well during an elegant celebration.
Ingredients:
Ingredients for the bottom:
- 160 g of cereal biscuits,
- 100 g of liquid butter.
Ingredients for cheese mass:
- 1 kg of the cheese twalm,
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream (18%),
- 200 g of powdered sugar,
- 5 eggs,
- vanilla pudding without sugar (40 g),
- The skin is rubbed from 1 lemon,
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Ingredients for caramelized pears:
- 2 pears,
- 2 tablespoons of butter,
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar,
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger.
Method of performance:
Dram the biscuits in the blender into powder. Combine with butter. Place the bottom of the cake tin with a diameter of 24 cm. Put the cake tin into the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for 10 minutes. Do not turn off the oven.
Mix the cottage cheese with cream. Grate eggs with powdered sugar. Combine egg mass with pudding powder, lemon peel and vanilla extract. Mix the egg mass into the cottage cheese.
Pour the cottage cheese into a baked bottom. Put the cake tin back into the oven. Place an ovenproof dish with hot water at the bottom. Bake the cheesecake for 50 minutes. Cool in the oven with slightly ajar doors. Transfer to the fridge for a few hours.
Remove the seed nests from pears. Cut the pulp into slices. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and arrange slices of pears. Sprinkle them with ginger and brown sugar. Fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes (turn to the other side in the middle of time), until the sugar is completely dissolved and the pears are browned.

If you have some pears left, you can use them for almost every meal during the day. Sandwiches or waffles are great for breakfast. Nothing prevents you from fresh or caramelized pears to porridge with nuts and cinnamon. For dinner, you can prepare pancakes with cheese and put some fruit heated in a pan. This is a wonderful pasta sauce. It is worth reaching for dinner – healthy, slightly sweet, perfect for cheese and cottage cheese. The fruits used in this way will introduce freshness and variety to your daily diet.
