To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 1 kg Serka Mascarpone,
- 200 g cukru,
- 16 g of vanilla sugar,
- 4 tablespoons of potato starch,
- 125 ml of sour cream 18 percent,
- 6 eggs,
- 200 g of berries (or other forest fruits).
Heat the oven to 160 ° C. At the bottom of the oven, set a vessel with boiling water.
Blend mascarpone with sugar, vanilla sugar and potato starch. When mixing, add cream and then one egg. Do not mix the ingredients for a long time – only to combine into a homogeneous mass.
Transfer the mass to a greased and breadcrumbs with a breadcrumbs with dimensions of about 20×30 cm. On top, spread the fruit evenly.
