Zelensky promises to answer if Russia threatens Ukraine with Blackout

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky participated in a press conference on Saturday (27) in Kiev and took stock of his trip to the United States to attend the UN General Assembly, among other diplomatic commitments.
