The BRTL Fight Combat, held this Saturday (27) at Maison Borges, in Rio Branco, brought together the largest names of martial arts in the northern region. In addition, art fans, athletes and authorities were part of the event.
State Secretary of Sports, Ney Amorim, sees that the initiative represents a milestone for the development of sport in Acre.

“It is of fundamental importance for us to make an event like this here in our state. You can observe the audience that is here, the quality of the fighters. Never had an event of the size and quality, with the organization of this one having here today,” he said.
The secretary also stressed the efforts of the organizers and popular participation. “I want to thank the boys who came in record time, 20 days, to organize all this here. It’s a beautiful party, the athletes are fighting, the audience came to honor,” he said.
Ney Amorim also made a point of thanking the support of the state government. “Here I also want to thank Governor Gladson Cameli, who bet, who contributed and that encouraged us to be doing this event here today. So, Acre deserves this. The Acre deserves events like this. This is just the beginning,” he concluded.
