New York – A month before the mayoral election in New York, incumbent Eric Adams got out of the race. He could “not continue” the election campaign for his re -election, wrote Adams in a video message published on Sunday in online service X. Adams, against whom the public prosecutor’s office had investigated due to allegations of corruption, justified this, for example, by the decision of the New York electoral authority to hold back millions of dollars of campaign donations to him.
