Interior designs Apart from the apartment 60 m2: glazing, structures and wood. When modernity meets harmony
  • Discover the design of the apartment, where open space and natural materials create a coherent whole.
  • Designer Hanna Pietras used intriguing solutions, such as a office separated by elegant glazing and greenery as a theme.
  • Learn how minimalism with coziness was combined and what details make this interior so unique.

From the threshold of the apartment you can feel lightness and a conscious design idea. Daily zone – kitchen, dining room and relaxation place with a comfortable sofa – they penetrate smoothly. Everything binds natural, warm wood on the floor and the simplicity of white walls, lively with bolder accents.

I wanted the space not closing the inhabitants, but wrapped them up

– says Hanna Pietras.

Therefore, instead of closing the zones, I focused on an open system, where the functions are separated not by walls, but by materials, colors and details. “A great example of this idea is the office – separated from the living room with elegant glazing within white frames. Glazing not only subtly sets the border, but above all recesses light and emphasizes the lightness of the arrangement.

– adds the designer.

Green as a hallmark: from the kitchen to the bathroom

The greenery motif smoothly scrolls through the next rooms. In the kitchen, attention is attracted by an unusual island finished in a deep, bottle shade, which creates a beautiful counterpoint for bright, minimalist furniture fronts.

Green always soothes me. I wanted it to be present in this interior in a clear but natural way

– explains the designer.

A similar impression is given to the bathroom, where the wall at the bathtub was covered with green tiles, and the shower zone gained tiles in a darker, noble shade. Elements of greenery are balanced by white and wood – a duo that introduces peace and timeless elegance.

Bedroom like a picture – a pastel background and a strong accent of art

In the bedroom, the architect decided on a procedure that perfectly reflects the philosophy of the entire project: balance. Bright base – white furniture and a pastel wall in a shade of blue – is a background for a strong accent in the form of a colorful image.

The bedroom was to be a place of rest, but also an expression of the personality of the owners. That is why a stronger artistic accent appeared here

– says Hanna Pietras.

Lighting and furniture in the bedroom – delicate, light in form – only complement this atmosphere. Everything is kept in a spirit of minimalism, which does not exclude coziness. As in the whole apartment, here also every detail seems well thought out and purposeful.

The design of the apartment by the studio Hanna Pietras Architects shows how to consciously operate in color, structure and division of space on a small area.

The interior is to serve people. I wanted every meter of this apartment to respond to their needs, but also give the joy of everyday use

– sums up Hanna Pietras.

It is a realization that does not scream with form, but impresses with the consistency, detail and atmosphere that is difficult to capture in the photo – and which immediately feels, crossing the threshold of this interior.
