Although you prepare ground with mushrooms, you gain a lot of new options for the main course. Served in a traditional way – with potatoes and your favorite salad – They taste great. However, you do not have to limit yourself to classics. You can, for example, give them in a roll as a home, healthier burger. Nothing prevents you from putting these heat -resistant cutlets, flooded with a delicate tomato or mushroom sauce and baked. Thanks to this you will gain another dish, and the dish will never get bored of your loved ones.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of minced meat (beef or pork),
  • onion,
  • kajzerka roll,
  • 100 ml of milk,
  • egg,
  • 200 g of mushrooms,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil or oil,
  • 80 g of flour for coating,
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Method of performance:

Soak the roll in milk, squeeze and crush well. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in a tablespoon of butter until it is grated. Set aside to cool. Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into small cubes or slices. Fry them in the remaining butter until they evaporate from excess water.

Put the meat in a bowl, add a broken roll, fried onion, egg and spices (salt, pepper, oregano or parsley). Pour the mushrooms and mix thoroughly.

Form chops from the mass, coat them lightly in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides.
