In several districts in Slovakia it is necessary to count on the ground frost on Monday. This is a threat to the vegetation of lower stature. Meteorologists have therefore issued a first level warning. Informed the Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMI) on the web.
The warning is valid from midnight to 8.00 HV to the whole Žilina region. Also in the districts of Poprad, Levoča, Kežmarok, Senica, Spišská Nová Ves, Rožňava, Gelnica, Púchov, Prievidza, Považská Bystrica, Ilava, Bánovce nad Bebravou, Žiar nad Hronom, Zvolen, Rimavská Sobota, Revúca, Poltár, Lučenec, Detva, Brezno, Banská Bystrica and Malacky.
