We will not need many ingredients to make tasty chops from broth meat. It is the one that is based on basic products that we can easily get in every store. Here is a list of necessary ingredients:
- 700-750 g of broth meat,
- 2 slices of bread,
- 100 ml of broth,
- 100 ml of natural yogurt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1 egg,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- Breadback roll,
- 2 tablespoons of dill,
- Frying oil,
- 1 onion.
