Cabbage is one of the traditional Czech treasures. It is full of vitamins, promotes digestion and tastes excellent both raw and as. The good news is that you can prepare it without a pot or ceramic keg. Just ordinary glasses and a cool place where it can slowly ferment. Result? Crispy and fragrant cabbage with a fine sweet and sour taste.

Recipe for pickled cabbage without preserving
Ingredients:
– 10 kg of white cabbage (grated finely)
– 8 large onions (sliced finely)
– 40–50 g of the whole cumin (to taste)
– 2 teaspoons of potassium pyrosis (optional, for preservation)
To the infusion:
– 3 Litry Vody
– 1.5 liters of OCTA
– 200 g soli
– 50 sweetener tablets (can be replaced by sugar to taste)
Procedure::
1. Prepare the infusion: Weld water with vinegar and salt, wean and add sweetener. Allow to cool completely.
2. Grate the cabbage and mix with onion, cumin and possibly pyrosis.
3. Pour the mixture with cool infusion, mix well and leave for 24 hours in cold. Mix occasionally.
4. Fill the mixture into clean glasses the next day, pick up well, cap and store in cold and dark.
5. Leave cabbage for several days, then ready for use. Remember that the longer it stands, the more tasty it is.
