The first clarification took place at 00:59 of 27 September, where in the face of news that had been released during the end of Friday, Impresa reported that “it was communicated by its majority shareholder that it is exclusively developing contacts with the MFE group for the evaluation of potential corporate operations for the acquisition of a relevant participation in the impression”.
At the time, the owner of SIC stressed that it did not exist, “on this date, any binding agreement between the shareholder and the MFE for the purpose.”
