To prepare this recipe, you will need:

- 150 ml of cream cream 30 percent,
- a pinch of salt,
- 100 g of peanuts (unsalted),
- 250 g of milk chocolate,
- 50 g of butter.
Prepare a form with dimensions of about 20×25 cm. Dip half the biscuits (for 1-2 seconds) in turn in cooled coffee and place a layer at the bottom of the mold (cut the biscuits so that they fill the bottom of the mold in full).
Grate yolks with powdered sugar to a light fluffy mass. Without interrupting grinding, in batches, add mascarpone cheese to the mass. Put half the mass on biscuits and put the form in the fridge for the time of further preparation.
Crush the chocolate to a saucepan. Add butter. Melt the ingredients with low burner power and mix into a uniform sauce. Set aside to cool.

Take the form with the cake from the fridge. Spread half the chocolate sauce on the mascarpone layer. Put the second layer of biscuits soaked in coffee on top. On biscuits, spread the rest of the mass with mascarpone, and on it caramel with nuts. Spread the rest of the chocolate sauce on caramel.
