Air travel can be marked by delays, turbulence or even small incidents, but sometimes unexpected episodes arise that require extraordinary measures. This is what happened on a Ryanair flight that recently departed from Milan to London, where the behavior of two passengers forced an unplanned landing.
A few minutes after offset, some travelers noticed in attitudes considered unusual. The two men involved began to act strangely, leading the crew to redouble their attention.
The cabin at the cabin was rapidly changed when the other passengers realized that something abnormal was going through the front of the plane.
Torn pages and a passport in the toilet
According to the British newspaper Daily Star, one of the passengers will have begun to tear pages of his passport and ingest them in front of everyone. The gesture surprised those around and generated discomfort among the occupants of the aircraft.
At the same time, another passenger will have closed in the bathroom, trying to lie down his own passport in the toilet, repeatedly pulling self-delighting to dispose of the document.

Given the situation, the flight attendants intervened immediately. One of them knocked on the bathroom door, trying to convince the man to stop, while another warned the entire plane through the highly tall to stay calm.
According to witnesses, cited by the same source, the following minutes were of great tension. “Suddenly the whole weather changed: no one knew what was happening, these people were acting strangely,” one of the sources reported.
Unexpected deviation to Paris
Given the behavior of the two men and the climate of insecurity, the commander decided to divert the flight to Paris. The plane landed in the French capital about two hours after the match, where local authorities were already prepared.
The two passengers were arrested as soon as the aircraft arrived on the ground, allowing the remaining flight to proceed to London Stansted.

Those who were on board, quoted by, described the moment as “the 15 minutes the most terrifying of life.” Many confessed not to understand the reason for the actions of the two men, but reported feeling fear until landing in France.
After the authorities’ intervention, the Ryanair flight resumed its route and came safely to London, although with a significant delay in relation to the scheduled time.
