The highest bridge in the world was open to traffic in China on Sunday (28). Located 625 meters above the Beipan River, the Huajiang Great Canyon Bridge in Guizhou took three years to get ready.

The project reduces travel time through a two -hour gorge to just two minutes.

The 565 meter high in the world’s highest bridge is only 100 kilometers from the new infrastructure, which shows how the Guizhou region has been developing in recent years. The province has almost half of the 100 highest bridges in the world.
