According to Rio de Janeiro councilor Carlos Bolsonaro, a former president, has been worsening abdominal pain and says that ‘Michelle is making him a little more comfortable and quiet’
The former president had to trigger his doctor, Carlos Birolini, in a hurry on the night of Monday (29), after a new crisis of hiccups with vomiting. According to the councilman, the former president was worsening the abdominal pain he faces as a result of the stabbing that he was a victim in 2018.
In a social networking publication, Carlos said he considered taking his father to the hospital. “Michelle is making him a little more comfortable and quiet, while the doctor is already on her way home to evaluate the situation. Please, please, to pray for him!” He wrote.
Bolsonaro has been spending his days in a house in the Botanical Jardim neighborhood of Brasilia, where he meets house arrest and is subjected to monitoring by an electronic anklet by decision of the minister, (STF). About two weeks ago, he and eight other defendants were convicted of plotting a coup to prevent President Luiz Inácio da Silva’s inauguration. The former president received a sentence of 27 years and three months in prison.
He has been to the hospital on two occasions since his conviction. He underwent examinations and removed nine lesions on the skin, of which two were cancer.
