On the question of the supply of Tomahawk Kellogg missiles, he specified that he was not released on behalf of the US President. According to public information, however, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Genskyj asked Donald Trump at the UN General Assembly in New York to deliver them. The decision has not yet been made. Kellogg described Tomahawk as a highly efficient system that could change the dynamics of the conflict similar to Storm Shadow or SCALP. “When such an advanced system is introduced into the conflict, it changes the whole dynamics of the fight,” he said.
Kellogg also commented on President Donald Trump’s attitude towards Russian leader Vladimir Putin. According to him, he remains balanced and intermediary, which he considers to be crucial in diplomatic negotiations. “Seeks to have a balanced view of both sides, ” stated the envoy.
Kellogg stressed that Trump has a distinctive and very personal style of negotiations he brought from a business career. According to him, the President often leaves preparatory and demanding negotiations in his co -workers and experts in the process of negotiations.
