Fans displayed tracks that said “Belmonte, Chapecó and Nelson: The Three Stels”, “We have the worst DM, not recover anyone” and “debt increasing, revenues decreasing.”
Coconuts with images of couples and Belmonte were placed in front of the stadium, accompanied by requests for resignation. The protest also asked for the end of political positions in football, more transparency in club accounts and changes in statute.
