Mauro Davi dos Santos Nepomuceno, known as 25, was released on Monday (29.Set.2025) of the Serrano Neves Penitentiary, in the Bangu Complex, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The release of the rapper happened at 5:08 pm, according to information from Seap (Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration) of Rio de Janeiro.
Oruam stayed for 69 days after in the action of agents of the Civil Police of the State of Rio de Janeiro. At the time, he tried to prevent a search and seizure warrant against a teenager who was at his home.
The target of the police operation was a minor who was at the rapper’s residence the night before the prison. Investigations say the teenager was one of the personal security of Edgar Alves de Andrade, known as Doca, and one of the main car thieves of the state capital.
The judicial decision that determined the release determines that orua comply with precautionary measures. Among the obligations imposed are the attendance to all acts of the process, the maintenance of address and updated contacts in the state of Rio de Janeiro, in addition to the prohibition of attending the German Complex.
The judicial process for drug trafficking, association with drug trafficking, resistance, contempt, damage, threat and bodily injury, against the rapper remains in progress.

“The Secretariat of State for Penitentiary Administration (Seap) informs that the release permit of Mauro Davi dos Santos Nepomuceno, known as Oruam, was fulfilled at 5:08 pm on this date, through electronic sending, in accordance with the determination of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ).
“Oruam will comply with the precautionary measures determined by the court, including:
- Attendance to all acts of the process;
- Residence in the state of Rio de Janeiro, with updated address and telephone maintenance;
- Prohibition to attend the German complex.
