Magistrate spoke on behalf of all the members of the Court during solemn session this Monday (29.Set.2025)
The Minister of the Supreme Court (STF) Cármen Lúcia spoke on Monday (29.Set.2025) on behalf of all members of the Court during the inauguration of Edson Fachin, 67, as President of the Court. In addition to recalling Fachin’s trajectory, she stated that her colleague’s conduct transmits security to the country. Also praised the new vice president of the Court, Minister Alexandre de Moraes, and said he did not leave “Shake in the face of illicit practices committed against the electoral process and this Court.” Read the speech (PDF – 343 KB).
