A new US agreement proposed by the Gaza range presents, for the first time, the possibility of amnesty for Hamas members who abandon their weapons and commit to peace in the region. Ana Carolina Marson, Professor of International Relations at FESPSP, explained the release of the agreement in the CNN Prime Time.
