  • 2 lemons,
  • 100 g of honey,
  • 1 orange,
  • 1 grapefruit,
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 20 g of fresh ginger,
  • 50 ml of water.

At the beginning, we wash the citruses thoroughly and squeeze the juice from them. Then peel garlic and ginger and cut them into small pieces, and put in a blender.
