- 1 cup of hot water;
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered turmeric or 1 cm of turmeric root;
- A pinch of black pepper (piperine increases curcumin).
Preparation:
We brew tea as always, i.e. pour hot water. When it cools slightly, we add turmeric to it. We can also enrich the infusion of mentioned, healthy accessories, i.e. lemon, honey or ginger. We drink it preventively once a day, and with a cold twice a day.
