Of the 2,000 students from the public network selected to exchange the program by winning the world in 2026 in Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand, 417, or 20.6%, are enrolled in civic-military units.

Paraná adopted this model by 2020 and, despite the discontinuity of the federal program by the Lula government, today maintains 312 schools and 190,000 students enrolled.

According to the Secretary of State of, the waiting line for a vacancy in these units brings together almost 10,000 students. The folder says that 64% of the 312 units were able to raise the high school grade between 2021 and 2023.

The winning project offers help to students who want to exchange, costing airline tickets, hosts in family homes, health insurance and a monthly grant.
