• 200 g of butter,
• 130 ml of milk,
• 180 g cukru,
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar,
• 4 tablespoons of cocoa,
• a teaspoon of cinnamon,

• 4 eggs,
• 250 g of cake flour,
• a teaspoon of baking powder,
• a teaspoon of baking soda,
• a pinch of salt,
• 100 g of hazelnuts (+ for decoration).

Method of performance:

Finely chop nuts. Gover the eggs to room temperature.

Place the butter with milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, as well as cocoa, cinnamon and ginger in a saucepan. Heat, stirring from time to time – until the ingredients combine with each other. Pour about 125 ml into a dough topping from the resulting mass. Set aside to cool.

Separate egg protein from yolks. Beat the proteins to the foam with a pinch of salt. Mix the yolks into the cooled mass.

Sift flour, baking powder and soda to the mass. Pour chopped nuts. Mix the ingredients with a spatula – to combine. Finally, add protein foam and mix gently again.

Transfer the dough to a greased and flour -sprinkled form with dimensions of 23×23 cm. Put in the oven preheated to 175 ° C. Bake for about 45-50 minutes (to a dry stick). Remove the baked dough from the oven and set aside to cool completely.

Pour the top of the dough with chocolate coating (if necessary, slightly liquefy, heating it briefly). Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
