Νετανιάχου: Δεν αναγνωρίσαμε παλαιστινιακό κράτος, ο στρατός θα μείνει στη Γάζα

A senior official told her the BBC that the organization would probably reject, saying that it “serves the interests of Israel” and “ignores the interests of the Palestinian people”.

The official said Hamas is unlikely to agree to disarm and deliver her weapons – a basic condition of Trump’s plan.

Hamas is also alleged to oppose the development of an international stabilization force (ISF) in Gaza, which she considers as a new form of occupation.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accepted Trump’s plan during talks in the White House on Monday. Hamas has not yet given an official answer.

The Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Hamas was “responsible” to the White House’s proposal.

A senior Palestinian official with knowledge of Hamas’ talks told the BBC that the leadership of the organization is involved both inside and outside Gaza.

The military commander of the organization in the area, EZ al-Din al-Handad, seems determined to continue the fight instead of accepting the proposed plan. Hamas executives outside Gaza have recently been marginalized in discussions, as they have no direct control over hostages.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has expressed his support for the US president’s proposal, but reiterated today that, despite his conditional inclusion in the 20 -point plan.

Hamas will discuss in detail the peace plan with Qatar officials. The result of these conversations has not yet been specified.

“If they reject the plan, Israel will end the job”

If Hamas’s Palestinian fighters reject US President Donald Trump’s peace plan for the Gaza Strip, Israel will “finish the job” and bring back all the remaining hostages, Israel’s ambassador said today.

“If they reject the plan, Israel will end the job, either with the soft or the wild. Their return (of hostages) cannot wait. This is not just a roadmap to bring them back. It is also a plan to end the tyranny of terrorism launched on October 7, “Danon told the UN on the upcoming two -year anniversary of the Hamas attack that triggered the war on the Palestinian pocket.
