The name of this salad is cute, but the taste is just a hit. If you want to impress your guests, make a sun’s salad, and certainly everyone will ask you for a recipe. For me it is a must -have snack for a party.
- 350 g mushrooms,
- 8 eggs,
- 1 bunch of onion onions (with chives),
- 1 yellow pepper,
- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 3 teaspoons of delicatessen mustard,
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard,
- ½ teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- ½ teaspoon of hot peppers,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- 100 g black owells,
- ½ tomato,
- A dozen or so onion chips.
Rinse the bakery and cook in salted water. Cook for about 20 minutes. Strain and dice.
Cook hard-boiled eggs (about 8-10 minutes from the moment the water boils). Cool the boiled eggs, peel off the shells and chop. Put 2 yolks for decoration before chopping. Mash them with a fork.
Wash the peppers and remove the seed nest from it. Cut the pulp into cubes.
Chop the onion with chives.
Combine mushrooms, eggs in a bowl (without licked yolks), about half of the peppers and chives.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a separate dish. Add both powdered peppers, pepper and salt.
Combine the sauce with salad ingredients. Mix Form a mound from a salad.
Around the edge of a bowl with a salad, arrange the chips – so that sunflower petals are formed. Floor salad with paprika. In the middle, scatter egg yolks, creating a wheel from them. Spread the olive halves over the entire surface of the salad. Cut the ladybug dots from one. Cut the ladybug from the half of the tomato and place in the middle of the sunflower. Decorate with dots.
