Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, before traveling to Copenhagen for an informal meeting of heads of states and governments, 27 Member States of the European Union published a contribution on Wednesday. He said it would be a dangerous summit. The topics of the discussion are to be the joint defense of Europe and the support of Ukraine, informs the TASR rapporteur in Budapest.

Orbán recalled that the President of the European Commission Ursula von Der Leyen declared that Europe is in war, and according to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, “We must realize that the war between Russia and Ukraine is our war”. He also mentioned Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, who called on Monday to increase pressure on Hungary to advance to the issue of Ukraine’s admission to the EU. According to the Hungarian Prime Minister, these are sinister signals that show that Europe is approaching the war.
“The Hungarian reality is that the war in neighboring Ukraine is not our war. There is no unity in the issue of Ukraine’s membership, it cannot even be without us. The money of the Hungarians will not send to Ukraine. While Hungary has a national government, it will certainly not happen yet”Added the Prime Minister of the Hungarian Government.
