The organizers of the Popular Plebiscite who have among their guidelines the approval of the Project for the exemption of for salaries up to R $ 5,000 will meet this Wednesday (1st) in the morning with the mayor, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), and in the afternoon with President Lula.
They will bring the partial result of the consultation, which reached the mark of 1.5 million votes.
“We will ask President Hugo Motta to guarantee that the project will be based on Wednesday, including the taxation of the richest,”
Other guidelines defended are the taxation of Bets, reduction of working hours and end of the 6×1 scale.
Social movements and leftist parties that promote consultation want to prevent the project from being dehydrated, as some right -wing parties advocate only exemption approval to IR without compensation for the rich taxation.
