Poland plans to release its first military satellites into orbit in November, and on Tuesday the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz announced it. In his words, these devices allow you to obtain high -accurate display data regardless of weather conditions or time of day. This is reported by Warsaw TASR rapporteur, according to PAP.

The Minister of Defense recalled that they signed a contract for the supply of three satellites for the Polish army in May this year. Satelites use technology for detailed imagery even for clouds or at night.
New monitoring options
Kosiniak-Kamysz stressed that armed forces will provide new opportunities for monitoring potential threats. “They are certainly able to help in depicting where the danger comes,” the minister said.
At the same time, the Defense Ministry informed that the State Secretary of the Ministry of the Ministry of Celera Tomczyk is traveling to Finland, where satellites will be transported to the United States. Their release itself will take place from Cape Canaveral.
Technology for the future
Kosiniak-Kamysz spoke about the project at the end of August at the opening of the satellite mission control center. At that time, he stressed that the safe future of Poland depends on modern technologies, including cyber security, space research, artificial intelligence and drones.
