Kremlin -linked molding politicians may call protests in the coming days, before the molding authorities validate the results of last Sunday, warns the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), think tank American, in its last report.
The patriotic bloc, linked to Kremlin, accused the molding authorities of having committed “flagrant” electoral violations, stating that he will “seek justice through street protests, in courts and, if necessary, in the Constitutional Court.”
Kremlin employees support these allegations of fraud and electoral violations. On Tuesday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the elections were “fraudulent” and that the molding authorities “blatantly manipulated” the votes.
Russian federation chairman Valentina Matvienko also said that Moldova’s president, Maia Sandu, took the party of action and solidarity (PAS), who obtained a parliamentary majority in the elections, to victory “with bayonetas” and that the elections were illegitimate. Matvienko stated that molding citizens will not recognize the elections.
For its part, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that the elections were “dirty unprecedented” and that the molding authorities used extra-legal mechanisms, blackmail and threats.
