Testimonials
For Gilmar da Silva, rural producer of Colony 4 Brothers, the change is already visible:
“A lot has changed on my property, but what has changed most was my head. I am already aware that I need to buy better cows to increase my production. Our technique was a blessing in the lives of all being attended by Senar.”

According to Stefanye Torres, coordinator of Ateg in Senar – Acre, benchmarking was strengthened within the project:
“The benchmarking meeting is a double meeting – presentation and comparison of results. Prior to the Total Ateg project, the regional worked with this moment only at the end of the 2 -year care cycle. Now, all groups served by Total ATEG are gathered at the end of the first year of service. Thus, it is possible to work points crucially in the following 12 months, setting short, medium and long term goals. field technicians. ”

Producer Marcos Antônio Barroso Bezerra, owner of the Renascer Colony, also highlighted the difference in technical assistance:
“I’ve had negative experiences earlier, but Senar changed this vision. I had never seen a service like this one on the property. Our technique guides with instructions that none of us would be able to perform alone. We never had a technical assistance of this quality, and we will also learn from each other.”

For Maria Angélica do Nascimento, Veterinary Doctor and Senar Field Technique – Acre, the results are a source of pride:
“The results of a year of service were rewarding. Many producers have gone out of negative results, finding changes inside and outside the rural property. ATEG is transforming the lives of residents of the municipality for the better, we have no doubt.”
