Azzas 2154 () ended on Wednesday (1st) operations at its Arezzo women’s footwear factory located in Parobé, Rio Grande Sul, which resulted in the resignation of 135 workers.
According to the newspaper Economic valuethe unit’s discontinuation announcement, which was confirmed by the Parobé Shoemakers Union (SindParobé), is part of a restructuring of the company, focusing on operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
Also according to the report, production will be maintained in other own facilities and through partnerships with external suppliers.
