A joint operation of the security forces resulted in the arrest of a fugitive considered high dangerousness, identified by the initials MGP, in the city of Cruzeiro do Sul, in the interior of Acre. The action was carried out by the specialized teams of Giro and GOE, with the support of the intelligences of the Military Police and the Civil Police.

According to the authorities, during the execution of the arrest warrant, the suspect tried to resist the approach, fled and clashed with the police, being contained after proportional use of force. In the property, a firearm, drugs (marijuana and cocaine), a precision scale, cell phones, a tablet and cash in kind were seized.
The fugitive is investigated for a series of serious crimes, including qualified homicide, theft, kidnapping, corpse concealment and participation in criminal organization.
According to a note from the security forces, the operation reinforces the integrated work in combating organized crime and drug trafficking in the state, highlighting the firm action of police institutions in Cruzeiro do Sul and throughout the Juruá region.
