With the changing season, it’s time for a new menu. Here is a proposal thanks to which you will appreciate long, cool evenings.
In autumn, nothing tastes better than a bowl of hot, thick soup – it’s the perfect way to warm up after a long day. Polish cuisine is full of interesting proposals for unottoplastic dishes, but their preparation often requires many ingredients and a lot of time spent in the kitchen. That is why we offer something simpler – The dish that meets all autumn expectations, and at the same time arises quickly.
The autumn broccoli-cheese soup combines everything we need at this time of year: it is filling, full-bodied and warming. It does not contain meat, so it is also perfect for a vegetarian diet. Instead, we will find it in it broccoli and carrots, i.e. a source of vitamins and mineralsimmersed in aromatic broth enriched with cheese and cream.
It is a single -pot dish, and its preparation is mainly about cutting the ingredients and throwing them in the right order into the pot. Because of this, the soup is getting quickly. It will be an excellent choice even for busy people who do not have time to create complex and multi -component meals. Soup is enough to serve with your favorite bread and enjoy its taste. We warn you that one bowl may not end.

Ingredients:
- onion,
- 5-6 cloves of garlic,
- 3 tablespoons of butter,
- a tablespoon of olive oil,
- 3 tablespoons of flour,
- liter of broth,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 100 ml of cream 30%,
- 200 g sera cheddar,
- broccoli,
- 2 carrots,
- Salt and pepper.
Method of performance:
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Wash the broccoli and cut it finely. Peel the carrots and rub on a large grater.
In a large pot, warm up the olive oil and butter, and then throw in the onion. Season with salt and pepper. When the onion is grated, we add garlic and continue frying. When the vegetables are nicely flushed, add flour and fry while stirring.
Pour the broth and bring to a boil. Then add milk, cream and grated cheese. When the cheese dissolves, we add broccoli and grated carrots into the pot. Cook the whole covered until the vegetables soften.
Serve the soup with hot with the addition of your favorite bread. We can additionally sprinkle it with a bacon browned in a pan.
