This is an extremely simple recipein which there is a wealth of vitamins, minerals and natural compounds to strengthen the body. And with all this tastes so good that it quickly becomes a must in everyday kitchen.

This is one of the most valuable legumes. For years, guests in cuisine around the world – from American to Poland. It is a great source of vegetable protein, which is why it is often recommended as a meat substitute. Also contains a large dose of dietary fiber, which regulates the intestinal work, supports metabolism, lowers too high cholesterol and gives a long -lasting feeling of satiety. This is why beans with beans are perfect for the diet of people who care about the line, while they want to eat healthy and valuable. Beans are also a source of magnesium, potassium, zinc and iron, which strengthen the heart, bones and immune system.

The presence of B vitamins, which support the nervous system and concentration. Regular consumption of beans can therefore help in better brain work – adds energy and improves memory. What’s more, it has a vegetable low glycemic indexthanks to which it is suitable for people struggling with insulin resistance or diabetes.

Not everyone corresponds to the intense taste of fresh garlic, which is why it takes on a completely different character in the paste. After mixing with beans, it becomes soft and loses part of its sharpness, thanks to which it does not dominate over the whole. On the contrary – it gently conquers the taste of cream beans. When you add a little rosemary and a pinch of pepper, you will receive a paste that is perfectly balanced, aromatic and extremely appetizing. The whole needs to be completed with oil, because it gives it a smooth and velvety consistency. This is a really delicious proposition – Simple, healthy and one you want to eat even every day.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g canned beans (about 1.5 cans) or 100 g dry white beans,
  • Garlic head (approx. 50 g),
  • dried (or fresh) rosemary to taste,
  • half a teaspoon of salt (you can skip),
  • freshly ground pepper,
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil (approx. 50 ml).

Method of performance:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put garlic in the shell (or cut the top of the head only) and bake for about 30-40 minutes.

If you use dry beans, soak it all night, and strain and cook the next day (for about an hour, until tender). After cooling, strain – but do not pour the water from under the beans. If you have canned beans, just strain it and rinse thoroughly on a strainer.

Remove garlic, set aside to cool. Slightly cooler squeezes from the shells to the blender bowl. Also add beans, pour in oil and season with rosemary and pepper (or salt or salt – you do not need canned beans or if you salted water for cooking dry beans). Blend up thoroughly and transfer to a bowl. Put in the fridge for a few hours to make the lubricant concentrate.

Serve bean and garlic paste on fresh bread. This is an ideal proposition for breakfast, dinner or a healthy snack during the day. It provides valuable nutrients, filling and strengthens immunity. Most importantly, you will prepare it simply and quickly.
